How to use your insight for a better business and brand

So, we know why it's important to take time out for your business. And we've even figured out how to take time out in a way that works for you. Hopefully, you've either had some time out or scheduled some.

(I take time out daily, for at least 20 minutes, and weekly, as well as bigger reflection sessions throughout the year.)

The next bit? How to take your insight and deeper wisdom and put it into action.

You can have as much insight as you like, but if we're not taking it forward, then we might as well have kept going on the hamster wheel.

But if you're anything like me, you have a great problem-solving brain that likes to take action, sometimes a little too quickly and in a slightly chaotic direction.

I absolutely want to use your clever brain, but in this next (and final) session, I want to do a little lateral thinking, giving your intuition a louder voice in your daily to-do lists.
