Imagine a whole day of space, time, nourishment and relaxation. A day that’s yours. A space that’s safe. All with the sole purpose of moving you towards a business (and life) that really works for you.
Following the success of my Small Creative Business Retreat weekends, I’ve created a Creative Business Day Retreat for this May that incorporates the magic of time away from your desk, out of your normal routine, and deep into meaningful reflection and planning.
A unique workshop programme, in a unique setting.
I believe that you have the answers inside you. And I don’t believe in cookie-cutter business plans or golden tickets.
Retreats work because they allow time for exploration, for sinking deeper into what’s really true and working for you. None of us need more to do lists or suggestions of how to 10x our businesses.
We need time, clarity, and encouragement.
So this day retreat includes meditation, group exercises, coaching, and plenty of time to soak in a tub or take part in a smaller group discussion.
We focus on what's going to bring us more joy, more success, and more authentic alignment in our creative businesses.
Makers, designers, illustrators, massage therapists, photographers, coaches and more are all welcome! You might be a solopreneur or managing a team of people. You might be in your first couple of years in business, or getting closer to a decade or more. This is the place for you.

We work together as a group in the morning, and the afternoon gives you the option to bathe, sauna, take part in a smaller workshop, journal, or join in the exciting, engaged conversations that happen in this environment.
Whether you’re worried about making more money, struggling to find your creative mojo, managing team challenges, or simply wanting to take your business to the next level of success, you’ll receive inspiration, resources and guidance that’s unique to your situation.
I aim to give each individual their very own questions to ponder and path to walk.
A note: I’m pregnant, so won’t be bathing, but that means I can be around to run the afternoon workshops and chat with you! There are some restrictions to bathing, which you can read about directly from the venue.
This is a pretty luxurious business planning experience. But it’s packed with things you’ll cherish for weeks and months to come.
The relaxing benefits of the Scandi bathing and sauna experience will ease muscles and instill wellbeing.

Your bathing experience (included in your ticket price) includes:
- A sarong towel to borrow
- Hot showers with Neil’s Yard Remedies toiletries
- Wood-fired hot tubs
- Wood-fired dry Finish sauna with cooling shower
- Cool pool
- Chill out area with deckchairs, blankets and firebowls
- A glass of sparkling wine or G&T served to the hot tubs
- Unlimited iced cucumber and lemon water served to the hot tubs

Available from 5pm, Monday 15th April until 5pm, Friday 3rd May. Pay upfront or in two installments of £124.50.

Scholarship places
In the interests of serving communities I advocate for, I have three spaces available for LGBTQ+, BAME women and those managing anxiety or depression. To apply for a scholarship space, please email me with a little bit about you and where you are right now.

Paus is located on a tucked away hilltop next to the Pitch & Putt course opposite the Bourn Golf & Leisure Club.
The nearest train station is Cambridge, where taxis are available. Lifts from the station can be arranged.
DRIVING
From Longstowe/Bourn: turn right just before the golf club.
From Cambourn/Toft: turn left just after the golf club.
PARKING
Please park your car by the Pitch & Putt golf course, then walk for approx. 5 minutes following the signs. Please do not attempt to drive beyond the designated gravel car park.
